Politique d’expédition

Delivery and Shipping Conditions:
International deliveries are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Any customs duties or import VAT that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient and have to be paid by them.

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart per order. These costs include both the actual shipping fees charged by the shipping carrier and a portion for packaging materials.

Items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 5 business days. If this is not feasible, the customer will be informed.

In certain cases, a longer preparation time may be required. If so, we will contact the customer.

If the shipping carrier returns the package to us because delivery to the customer was unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for the cost of the failed shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel orders without providing a reason and to issue a full refund.

Payment Terms:
We ship exclusively after prepayment. Payment options may vary depending on the destination country.

Payment must be received within 10 business days after the order is placed. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and resell the item(s).

Price adjustments may occur at any time. If products are in the shopping cart, customers will be notified of any changes.

International Deliveries:
We also deliver internationally. Depending on the destination country, additional import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other charges may apply. These costs must be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities and are not included in the prices listed in our shop.

The contents and value of each shipment will be declared by us on the customs form attached to the package.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items they order can be legally imported into their country and do not violate any regulations. We assume no liability in this regard.
